This week we are reading the story "The Strongest One." This is a fantasy written as a play. Ask your child why we call the story a fantasy. We plan to practice the play and design masks that go with the characters and perfrom it for another class. Be on the "lookout" for their amazing and vocabulary words!
Please make sure your child is studing their spelling lists each night.
In math this week we are learning about fact families. The students are really catching on to these. Make sure they keep practicing their math facts, addition and subtraction.
